Refund Policy

Because all commissioned work is custom and one-of-one, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

 

Deposits

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun

• Deposits secure time, materials, and project planning

 

Cancellations

• If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at the studio’s discretion

• If a project is canceled after work has started, refunds are not available

 

Completed Work

Once a commission is completed and approved for delivery, refunds are not offered.

If issues arise, Legacy Model Studio will work in good faith to address concerns when possible.
